So Basically, the 6 clans represent the 6 leagues (I hope you can see how). Clans are named by their league level, and their corresponding word from the phonetic alphabet - or at least that's what I'm told it is. At this point, February 20th, 2014, we have 6 members. My hope is to be at 15 my the end of the month at the latest.
My thinking is, when there is about 25-30 members that are bronze league in BronzeAlpha, I will take the non-bronze players that aren't going to take over as leader and make SilverBeta. If I haven't reached Silver by then, I'll wait.
Repeating as each clan fills, but changing names as necessary.
With any luck, By the time I get to Champion league, each of the other clans will be filled, and the fun can start. By the time ChampionFoxtrot is made, I believe we will be at the point of at least 10 players in the champion league, and many more in each clan that are ready to move up.
We CAN become the best clans in to world. If we work as a clan family. BronzeAlpha is probably never going to make the top 200 with only bronze players. But BronzeAlpha can find high quality players and bring them to SilverBeta when they league up. And eventually, they will become champions, and ChampionFoxtrot will welcome them with open arms. Virtually of course.
I believe this is possible. All I need now are they players to help make it happen.
Clash on,

Rules and Regulations
All Members -
Donate, Request, Donate, Request. The numbers themselves matter little, 5 giants will show as 25, but 5 archers show as 5. If you have high leveled troops, donate a little more. Clans are for helping eachother, after all.
Give advise. If there's a clan-mate who's newer to the game, or maybe just has a flaw in their base, help them out! Remember, you were in that position once.
Stay in your clan until told to move up. In addition to being based on league, part of the requirement to move up is to have proven yourself to be trustworthy and dependable.
Try and stay clean in the chatroom. I know sometimes something slips out, and I don't get upset about that. But there are all kinds of people playing, and some (like me) don't like to see that in their clans.
Elders -
Promote your clans! If there is a player in the league for your clan, Invite them! If they are in a different one, recommend the correct level. But be careful not to make false promises - the odds of having max troops at silver 3 is fairly slim.
Co-Leaders -
Keep the Elder count in a reasonable range - about a third of the clan at max.
Try and help your leader out, it can be stressful trying to manage 40+ people on different time schedules.
Leaders -
Look out for your clan, and keep in contact with me. We can figure out a way to communicate when you're promoted.
Do not change the: shield, description, or required trophies. However, anyone can join vs. invite only is up to you.
Do your best to kick inactive members out, to make room for active ones. Note - special cases may apply.
